We use PayPal to process our payments. You can use either PayPal or your credit/debit card for your purchases. Just follow the instructions when you get to the PayPal payment processing page. (Whew! Say that 5 times fast.)Fabric Junction Shipping Information

1. The minimum amount of fabric you may order is 1/4 yd.
2. We use a secure server for credit card transactions; however, if you are not comfortable giving your card number on line, please call us at 605-347-2235 (Mon - Fri 9:00am to 5:00 pm Mountain time) to give us your credit information. You will need to have your card ready plus the order confirmation number that was e-mailed to you at the time you placed your order.
3. We do not accept personal checks. You may print your completed order blank and mail it to us along with a money order for the amount and the appropriate postage as per the chart on this page. The order will be sent when the correct amount is confirmed by us.
4. We always try to ship within 24 hrs. You will receive an e-mail regarding any changes or delays with an order, eg: temporarily out of stock, custom cutting of fabric packs, etc. After you place your order, please check your e-mail for confirmation. As we process your order, any questions we may have will be sent to you through e-mail. Look for any messages from Junction Fabric regarding your order and let us hear from you as soon as possible.
Our Return Policy:
1. We thoroughly examine all merchandise before it leaves our shop to insure that we are shipping you a perfect order.2. A customer may not return any items without the prior and direct authorization of Fabric Junction. Books and patterns MAY NOT be returned. If you discover a problem with an item, please contact us by e-mail and we will work with you to resolve the situation. WE WANT HAPPY CUSTOMERS. If it's our mistake, we will pay for return shipping, otherwise it will be your responsibility to send it back to us. Please remember there are NO returns on books or patterns.
